First of all, thanks for this website. It is great to know I am not the only one with this fetish.
I am a young French male in my twenties and I was circumcised as an adult for both medical and personal reasons. Let's put it this way: I always wanted to get circumcised but I never thought I would have the guts to do it since I live in an environment where circumcision is not the norm. When a doctor told me that to treat a specific problem it would be better to circumcise me as it would make the healing process easier, I did not think twice about it. Even though it was only an "option" and not a mandatory part of the procedure.
To get back to the subject of this thread, I had quite a few opportunities to discuss this topic with French girls before and after my circumcision as well as to get "first-hand" feedbacks from my girlfriends. As a caveat, circumcision is quite rare in France outside Jewish and Muslim communities. None of my "European" friends is circumcised and circumcised boys often get teased in locker rooms. In spite of that, all French girls that discussed this issue with me were either neutral or pro-circumcision. The main arguments I heard from them were "this is not important, it does not change anything" and "it is more hygienic". The funny part is that even girls that never had circumcised lovers told me they thought it would be better because of hygiene.
Besides, I also had two long-term relationships since my circumcision. The first one started actually before my circumcision, so that my then girlfriend had the opportunity to make a before vs. after comparison. When I told her I had
to get cut -well, without mentioning that I wanted to, she had no reaction at first. She never encountered circumcised lovers before. After I questioned her, she finally admitted that she was not against it at all because of hygiene, once again. I still remember the look on her face once she saw my fully-healed circumcised penis for the first time. She could not resist to say: "Wow, this is really beautiful." To be honest, she was nevertheless really bad at playing with it. It was like she did not know how to make a handjob or a blowjob anymore. We finally broke up a few months later. When I met my current girlfriend.
It took some time to my new girlfriend to share her views on circumcision with me. She is quite experienced sexually as she had many uncircumcised lovers and some circumcised (Jewish) lovers, too. The first time she mentioned circumcision was in an ethical context as she told me she was angry that some people were comparing FGM to circumcision. I fainted a naive question by asking her what was the difference between the two procedures. She promptly said: "circumcision is totally harmless, plus it is good for health." I could not be happier than after listening to those words. The more I knew her, the more we discussed regularly my circumcision status. She finally acknowledged that she hates foreskins because they are "smelly" and move in a "disgusting way". She also added that even though she was not happy I had to suffer, she was really glad I got it done. Since then, she sometimes likes to tease me about my "perfect cock" and my "missing dirty foreskin".
She is in fact even more pro-circumcision than me since she is thinking about circumcising our potential kids. This is another topic I still need to think about since I don't want my (our?) sexual fantasies to interfere with the free will of my children. In the end, I wish more European girls would speak up like her on circumcision.
